Our courier (UPS) delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt. If the delivery fails, your order will be returned to a local access point, indicated on the UPS official website (follow your tracking number to get all live updates). Please note, If you don't pick up the parcel from the access point after 4 days, it will be sent back to us, and we will not be held responsible for the return costs. Once an order has been fulfilled, we cannot modify your shipping address.

Pre-order items are pieces that are not in stock and must be produced. The delivery time is always different and can take up to three weeks. When in doubt, contact us to get an estimated delivery date.
If you have placed an order for delivery outside the European Union, please remember that customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the destination country. As customs will hold your order, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. The receiver must pay these fees (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed, nor can we estimate the fees as customs regulations vary from country to country.
