RETURN POLICY

You can return any item purchased in eikō ai within 14 days of the delivery date. How to proceed:

1. Email info@eikoai.com with the subject "Returning Item" with garment name and eikō ai order.

2. Please note the nature of the return or exchange in the e-mail - wrong size, just don’t fancy it, etc.

3. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition —unworn and unwashed— tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

4. The customer is responsible for the generated return costs —unless the item is faulty. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery. The product has to be sent to:

5. Once the return is received to the eikō ai warehouse, returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow for up to 5-7 days to receive credit for returned items. (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. Upon return approval, your refund will be issued, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order —with no additional shipping costs on the new item.
