Shipping

By purchasing our goods and/or using our services, you accept this Shipping & Return Policy. Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully. 

The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make two delivery attempts. After the second attempt fails, your order will be returned to your local courier warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no possible to modify your shipping address.

United States	35€	Free for orders over 299€

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are pieces which are not in stock and need to be produced. The delivery time is always different, and can take up to three weeks. When in doubt contact us to get an estimated delivery date.

Customs

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note customs fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.
