RETURN POLICY

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: All orders placed from December 10th can be returned until January 10th.

At eikō ai, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase:

    1. As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product(s).
    2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must visit our Returns Portal to start the return process. You will find your order number in your purchase confirmation email.
    3. If you decide to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must return the product(s) to us without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. We won't be able to issue a refund past this time frame. Shall we get your product(s) back past 14 days, we will inform you, so you can get your product(s) back, at your own expense. 
    4. Make sure the item you return is in its original condition —unworn and unwashed— with tags and packaging included. Otherwise, we won't be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
    5. We only work with UPS and, therefore, will generate and send a shipping label for you (please do not send the parcel by any other means). Returning shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the refund.
    6. Once the return is received at the eikō ai warehouse, returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5-7 days to receive credit for returned items to be processed.
    7. A fixed cost of 14€ will be deducted from your original purchase for all EU product returns. For all international returns outside the EU, the return cost is 35€, including all customs taxes.
    8. Failing to return the original packaging (inner and outer box) will incur a 5€ logistics fee.

If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order —with no additional shipping costs on the new item.
