Returns

You can choose between a refund or store credit on full-priced items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Failing to return the original packaging (inner and outer box) will incur a 5€ logistics fee.
  • We only work with UPS and will generate and send a shipping label to you (please do not send the parcel by any other means). Returning shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the original order.
  • If you decide to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must return the item(s) to us without undue delay within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. We won't be able to issue a refund past this time frame.

I love the kimono dress. It's beautifully designed with quality construction and a great concept and execution. I love how the ties accent the waist in an interesting way. It is a joy to wear. I love that it has pockets. For future versions, I would respectfully submit that the pockets could be a bit bigger to fit my phone. I love the piece and it is wonderful. Thank you!
