RETURN POLICY

At eikō ai, we are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase:

  1. Withdrawal Rights: As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the product(s).
  2. Initiating a Return: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must visit our Returns Portal to start the return process. You will find your order number in your purchase confirmation email.
  3. Return Deadline: If you decide to exercise your right to withdrawal, you must return the product(s) to us without undue delay and within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returns past this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund. If we receive your product(s) after 14 days, we will inform you so you can retrieve your items at your own expense.
  4. Condition of Returned Items: Make sure the item you return is in its original condition—unworn and unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. If an item returned is not in its original condition will be sent back to you at your expense.
  5. Shipping Instructions: We exclusively use UPS for returns and will provide you with a shipping label. Please do not return the parcel by any other means. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  6. Processing Returns: Once the return is received at the eikō ai warehouse, it will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 days for the processing of returned items.
  7. Return Costs: A fixed cost of 14€ will be deducted from your original purchase for all EU product returns. For international returns outside the EU, the return cost is 35€, including all customs taxes. Orders with more than 2 items using Klarna as the payment provider will incur an additional 1% fee on the total order value added to the fixed return cost.
  8. Packaging Fees: Failing to return the original packaging (inner and outer box) will incur a 5€ logistics fee.
  9. Exchanges: If you want to make an exchange for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order—with no additional shipping costs on the new item.
  10. Packaging Size Compliance: To ensure efficient handling and cost management, returned items must be shipped back in the original box provided. If a larger box is used, resulting in higher shipping costs due to increased dimensions, you will be responsible for these additional costs. These costs will be calculated and deducted from the amount refunded to you.
