You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Failing to return the original packaging (inner and outer box) will incur a 5€ logistics fee.
- We only work with UPS and will generate and send a shipping label to you (please do not send the parcel by any other means). Returning shipping costs will be deducted from the value of the refund.
